Twilight soundtrack.

The music that follows Bella and Edward through the story of Twilight is an essential. It promotes all the right feelings in the right places.
Bella's lullaby specifically, is the most perfectly composed and the most beautiful sounding piece of piano music I have ever heard. It's something you want to listen to all the time. It's so subtle, but has an underlying feeling of seriousness behind it that is so amazingly perfect for Bella and Edward.
The whole soundtrack to me, has an almost depressing tone to it, but it's so beautiful and smooth you soon forget about that. The music flows through the film so delicately, it's truly wonderful.

Guilty pleasure.

Everyone has a guilty pleasure I'm sure.

And mine you ask? Well I'm sure you wished you hadn't...my guilty pleasure is GLEE.

And yes you may have heard about this show from everyone and anyone, but I think this is one of the most entertaining television shows airing at this time. The music is generally good choices, the actors/singers/dancers are very well cast, their voices also pretty damn good.

I can't explain the excitement and happiness that runs through me when a song I love is being performed by the cast of GLEE. I even get goosebumps...no kidding!

And in respect to the story line behind the show, the voice that the school choir gives these students, is incredible. It gives them a place to be them, to be liked for who they are, to have friendship and even more. GLEE is a place where these young minds can express themselves to their full potential and let their true colours shine.

Big thumbs up to GLEE.

Paramore LA Trio poster.

After the departure of Zac and Josh Farro's departure from Paramore, the trio left shot some brand new and exciting posters for us fans to adore.

Here is my favourite.

Paramore have always inspired me, and their strength and courage to continue their music career is even more of a reason to admire this band. They have gone from strength to strength, and their growth as people and as a band I think is evident when listening to their three albums.

Sending all my love to the band right now.

I (still) LOVE Paramore

As many of you avid Paramore fans may know, Josh and Zac Farro have left the others fending for themselves. The brothers were not happy with Hayleys 'attitude' it seems. It was said that they didn't like how it had become 'all about Hayley'.

Hayley was hurt by the interview the boys did on their departure, but she is moving on with Jermey and Taylor and they will remain strong and go on to produce even more exciting stuff I'm sure.

In my opinion, any band should expect the front man, or in this case front woman to catch all the attention, they are after all always in the front, the front of a photo, front at a concert etc etc.

Anyway, I have a lot of respect for those three, especially Hayley, and Josh and Zac will not know what they're missing. Paramore still has a long journey left in the world of music.

Re-found love.

I recently have re-found my absolute love for Feeder. I suggest that if you've managed to escape their wonderful work, you go check them out.

May I suggest:

Burn The Bridges

Buck Rogers (especially Buck Rogers)

Come Back Around

Just The Way I'm feeling

And pretty much any other song you come across by the guys. Trust me, you wont regret it :)

They're an alternative rock group from Wales, and if you're thinking it's not really your thing, then just try 30 seconds of a song. I find their tunes are perfect for a walk on a sunny day. They brighten up the sunniest of days, and put a bounce in your step :)

New music

Music is near enough my life.
And I love this dude, I just found him on You Tube after my bf was playing Fifa 11.

His name is Dan Black, and his most well known song is probably 'Wonder', and believe me, it is an AWESOME song, mind you the rest of his album isn't half bad either. It's kind of a chill-out album - 'Un', with a bit of nearly everything mixed in! Different songs will appear to different people, as they are all different, unlike some artists whose songs all sound alike (Rhianna).

His song 'Wonder' reminds me of songs by a Christian artist called Dan Wheeler who's music is also in the genre of chill-out. Look him up, in fact look them both up :)

I hope you enjoy as much as I do :)
